Bizkaia Kutxa in Bilbao, Spain, is an exhibition of
works on paper by Lucebert from the 23rd of November
2007 until the 5th of January 2008. The exhibition
as the book, which will be edited at the same time,
is directed by Kosme de Barañano. |

The exhibition “Lucebert – schilder,
dichter en fotograaf”, a great success in Holland,
is to be seen in Slovakia. The inauguration was on
the 17th of June 2007 in the Museum Danubiana in Bratislava
and the exhibition will be staying there until the
2nd of September.

The U.v.A. (the University of Amsterdam)
ended in 2006 a scientific research
to the library of Lucebert by collecting all the results
in a data bank.
The university will publish a scientific report, planned

a book about the drawings of Lucebert, titled “Vlek

| The act of transference
of the works of the Lucebert foundation to the
ICN (Institute Collection Nederland) took place on
the 10th of April 2006. This institute has all the
facilities to take care of the works in up-to-date
circumstances.
During the ceremony the minister of culture Medy van der Laan decorated Tony,
the widow of Lucebert, with the “museummedaille” in the name of the
Queen of the Netherlands Beatrix for all her work for Dutch culture.
