In Perpignan, France, at the "àcentmètresducentredumonde" opens on the 15th of January 2010 an exhibition of paintings and works on paper of Lucebert. Together with this exhibition there will be two other exhibitions, one of the photographer Pieter Boersma and the other of drawings of Brecht. The exhibitions will be there until the 28th of March.

| The Dutch editorial VANTILT presented on the 27th of May in Spui 25 in Amsterdam the book "De lezende Lucebert" redacted by Professor Lisa Kuitert. The book is a database, with the help of many volunteers, of the library of more than 5000 books of Lucebert. "What did he bought? What did he read? Where there comments of Lucebert in the side-lines of books? and so on." | In 1969 Lucebert made together with the theatre-group "Studio Scarabee" led by Adri Boon, a production under the title "Poppetgom". He made the texts and the lyric for the song "De soldatenmoeder", recorded by the queen of populair song De Zangeres Zonder Naam. The music for the production was composed by Bruno Maderna. On the 11th of June 2008 the concern Gottschalk Advies & Organisatie presented in the town of Alkmaar the plans for YXIE. YXIE (a name coming out of a poem by Lucebert) is a project to create a new cultural centre in Alkmaar, that they will establish in "De Doelen", a building from the seventeenth century, and in new buildings, designed by the concern Claus en Kaan Architecten, on the square "Het Doelenveld". The idea is to join Provadya, a cultural centre established in the sixties and needing a new place, and a knowledge centre based on the cultural inheritance of Lucebert. The centre will have a permanent exhibition of works by Lucebert, an archive about Lucebert, a hall for changing exhibitions, two auditoriums for the good films and theatre, a bookshop and a restaurant/café. The town council of the city of Alkmaar approved the project YXIE on the 13th of November 2008 and the plan is to open YXIE in the year 2013. www.alkmaar.nl/yxie |

El día 11 de junio de 2008 la empresa Gottschalk Advies & Organisatie presentó en la ciudad de Alkmaar los planes para YXIE. YXIE (un nombre que sale de un poema de Lucebert) es un proyecto para crear un nuevo centro cultural en Alkmaar, que quieren establecer en "De Doelen", un edificio del siglo XVII, y en nuevos edificios, diseñados por la casa Claus en Kaan Architecten, en la plaza "Het Doelenveld". La idea es juntar Provadya, un centro cultural que fue establecido en los años 60 y que necesitará un nuevo hogar, y un centro de estudios sobre la herencia cultural, que dejó Lucebert. El centro va a tener una exposición permanente de obra de lucebert, un archivo sobre Lucebert, una sala para exposiciones variables, dos salas para el buen cine y teatro, una librería y un restaurante/cafetería. | The book about the period that Lucebert stayed in Altea between 1965 and 1967 is going ahead. The idea was to edit the book at the end of 2008, but the planning took more time. The book will have reproductions of some of his photos and artwork that he made in San Roque, a hamlet of Altea. The book shall be compiled by Kosme de Barañano, professor at the University of Altea. Now the idea is not only to edit the book, but making an exhibition too. We will keep you informed. |

El libro sobre la estancia de Lucebert en el municipio de Altea entre los años 1965 y 1967 esta en marcha. La idea fue de editarlo a finales de 2008, pero la planificación necesitará mas tiempo. El libro va a tener reproducciones de algunas de sus fotos y de su obra, que él hizo en San Roque, una aldea de Altea. | The Historische Uitgeverij edited the book "Het handschrift van Lucebert" written by Hans Groenewegen about the relation between the drawings and poems of Lucebert. The book has more than 100 reproductions and Hans Groenewegen discovered a film-script of Lucebert, hidden on one of the drawings It is the second time that this editor edits a book about the drawings, the first one was “Vlek als levenswerk” by Cyrille Offermans, edited at the end of 2006 and is still available. Diane Butterman has finished the first part of the translations of the complete poetical work of Lucebert into English. | To mark the occasion that Lucebert was born 85 years ago the Dutch editorial De Bezige Bij will edit this September a special edition of the collection of eight hand-made books that Lucebert made around the fifties for friends. Five of these books are coming from the collection of the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam, the other three are in private collection. | The act of transference of the works of the Lucebert foundation to the ICN (Institute Collection Nederland) took place on the 10th of April 2006. This institute has all the facilities to take care of the works in up-to-date circumstances. During the ceremony the minister of culture Medy van der Laan decorated Tony, the widow of Lucebert, with the “museummedaille” in the name of the Queen of the Netherlands Beatrix for all her work for Dutch culture. On the 18th of March 2006 the government of the province of Cuenca inaugurated in the town San Clemente the “Museo Obra Gráfica San Clemente”. The museum shows permanently the graphic collection of the Fundación Antonio Pérez. In this museum you can find a donation of graphical works of Lucebert.
