written by professor Jens Cristian Jensen and photos by

Inauguration of a ceramic sculpture
of Lucebert in the garden of the Kranenburg Museum in
Bergen. There was a plan to commission a sculptor to make
a sculpture of the image of Lucebert, but the Lucebert
estate opted with the suggestion of enlarge one of the
sculptures that Lucebert made in Berlin and it was received
with enthusiasm.
The workshop Struktuur 69 in The Hague executes the work,
which they did too for a sculpture on his grave in 2004.

of the composer Jacob ter Veldhuis, including the composition
of 1987 that he made with Lucebert’s poems, by BVHaast.

Inauguración de una escultura
de cerámica de Lucebert en el jardín del
Kranenburg Museum en Bergen. Tuvo el plan de encargar
a un escultor hacer una escultura de la imagen de Lucebert,
pero los herederos de Lucebert optaron con la sugerencia
de ampliar uno de las esculturas que Lucebert hizo en
Berlin, que fue recibido con entusiasmo. El taller Struktuur

The editorial De Bezige Bij publish
a limited edition in the form of a replica of the work
“Nefertete” from the collection of Clara
Eisenloeffel made in the period 1948-1949 by Lucebert
in an only copy with drawings and poetry. The edition
is a gift for friends and relations of the editorial.
The Fundación Antonio Pérez opened in the
town San Clemente in the province Cuenca a new museum
for its collection of graphical works, the Museo Obra
Gráfica San Clemente. In the museum you can also
find a donation of Lucebert’s graphical work.
The I.C.N. (Institute Collection Nederland) administer
from now on the artworks of the Lucebert foundation.
On the act of transference Tony, the widow of Lucebert,
was decorated with the “museummedaille” in
the name of the queen of Holland Beatrix for her work
for Dutch culture. |

“Lucebert-schilder, dichter,
fotograaf” ,a retrospective exhibition with more
than 250 works in the Stedelijk Museum Schiedam in
Holland. The museum edits a catalogue with the participations
of many writers. In the summer this exhibition travels
to the Museum Danubiana in Bratislava, Slovakia.
On the 10th of May the widow of Lucebert unveils
the monument “Hommage aan Lucebert”, made by
the artist Emo Verkerk, in Bergen, Holland. |
