Goes to Berlin again, where he works
further with the ceramist Kattrin Kühn and he exhibits
the results at the Droysen Keramikgalerie and the Galerie
Springer.
Publication of the book “Lucebert - Keramik”
by the editor S. Anderson for Droysen Keramikgalerie and
Galerie Springer in Berlin, and edited by Helge Leiberg.
Makes “Lucebert, litho’s”, twelve lithographs
in a book, for the editorial Plaats-Maken in Arnhem.
Creates for the manifestation Nachtregels / Nightlines
in Utrecht the line “het besef een broodkruimel
te zijn op de rok van het universum”, the letters
made of bread and illuminated by torch-light, on a wall
of one of the canals of the city.
The same evening he makes a sensational recitation at
the “Nacht van de poëzie” in Utrecht.
The production “Oh beminnelijk litteken”,
a work of the Dutch composer Caroline Ansink based on
Lucebert’s poetry, goes on tour in Holland.
Becomes ill of cancer.
Recieves the “Jacobus van Looy Award”, for
double talents, in the Frans Halsmuseum, Haarlem.
Publication of the book “Lucebert, schilder-dichter”,
compiled by M. Hoogendonk for the publishing-house Meulenhoff. |

Enfermó de cáncer.

almost the complete graphical works of Lucebert, after
his dead, completed by the Lucebert estate.
Publication of a catalogue in Germany, with an introduction
of Hans Platschek, by Galerie von Loeper in Hamburg.
Last stay in Jávea during the winter 1993-1994. |

El Kunsthalle Bremen en Alemania adquiere
casi la obra gráfica completa de Lucebert, despúes
de su muerte, complementado por los herederos de Lucebert.
Publicación de un catálogo en Alemania,

In February he goes to Berlin to work
again with the ceramist Kattrin Kühn.
Publication of “Apocrief / De analphabetische naam
- Het historische debuut” by professor A. de Feyter,
a scientific study about the relation between the cabbala
and Lucebert’s poetry.
Makes for the yearly campaign of the Dutch book-editorials
“De Boekenweek” a poster.
Makes a special series of drawings for his new collections
of poems. They will all be reproduced in the book and
an original drawing will be included in a limited edition.
Foundation of the “Lucebert Stichting”.
Lucebert dies on the 10th of May in the hospital of Alkmaar
at the age of 69 and was buried on the 16th of May
at the graveyard of Bergen. |
